The RX-7V EVO is the new flagship model with proven Arai protection combined with the ECE R22-06 approval. It’s not just a new model, it’s a new benchmark.

ECE R22-06 requires a much more stringent testing process than the previous ECE R22-05. Arai presented the RX-7V EVO and it gained homologation while maintaining its characteristic round, smooth and strong shell design to ‘glance-off’ and spread impact forces.

There is a difference with Arai. It’s the combination of every single piece of design, no matter how large, small or even invisible, working on behalf of the rider. Because what we protect is priceless.

	PB SNC2 Outer Shell Peripherally Belted Structural Net Composite Arai’s proprietary (super fibre belt) Peripheral Belt, borrowed from our F-1 technology, maximizes shell strength and flexibility while maintaining low weight. Positioned across the top of the eye port, this band allows the use of a thinner EPS liner, which greatly enhances the upward field of view – especially appreciated in a full racing tuck! The Structural Net Composite adds a physical bond to the resin bond of the many layers of fibres and reinforcing materials within the shell.
	VAS-V Max Vision Shield VAS-V MAX Vision Shield is standard to provide better visibility in all seasons and for all types of riding. Comes standard with a clear anti-fog Pinlock insert to be installed as needed.
	Chincover (removable) Attached to the bottom of the helmet, the new chin curtain helps to further accentuate the egg-shaped form. The curtain simultaneously blocks air intrusion from turbulent air below and increases negative pressure to enhance the exhaust function of FFS by drawing more air from the mouth area. The improved airflow reduces noise even further.
	Antimicrobial Liner material Helps maintain neutral acidity levels close to human skin and has antibacterial properties. With the aim of a softer, deeper and even more comfortable fit we developed a softer liner frame material. The liner also has adjustable temple padding that allows for a customized fit.
	Facial Contour System To offer an even better snug fit and enhance the comfort to the lower jaw, the Facial Contour System (FCS) works with a foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds, providing the necessary support without excessive pressure.
	Ventilation This advanced system delivers outstanding and efficient airflow. The redesigned top duct boosts airflow by 11%, featuring larger switches for easy operation. Lowered side-air channels now direct air more effectively from the cheek pad area to the side ducts. A 20 mm longer diffuser with enhanced aerodynamics, paired with 19% larger intake scoops, works seamlessly with the Air Wing to increase stability. Meanwhile, the chin cover helps block unwanted air intrusion while drawing in more air from around the mouth area for improved overall circulation.
