Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mad Macs Motorcycles. We want to get your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Delivery Areas & Rates

• Main Centers: We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• In-Store Collection: You can skip the courier fees by selecting Local Pickup at checkout. Orders can be collected from our showroom at 235 Main Road, Strand, Cape Town during regular trading hours.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship or process orders over weekends or public holidays.

• Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery to major cities generally takes 2 to 4 business days. Remote or regional areas may take an extra 2 to 3 days.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Exclusions

Please note that our standard shipping rates and courier services apply to parts, apparel, and accessories only. Motorcycle and scooter purchases require custom transport arrangements or in-store collection.
