Suzuki Motorcycles Partners with Netcare 911 at the 99th Comrades Marathon
Suzuki Motorcycles was proud to once again partner with Netcare 911 for the 99th edition of the Comrades Marathon, supporting one of South Africa’s most celebrated endurance events.
Renowned for bringing together thousands of runners from across the globe, the Comrades Marathon is a true test of perseverance, determination and the human spirit. Behind every successful race is a dedicated team working tirelessly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every participant.
As part of this year’s event, Suzuki Motorcycles supplied the agile and reliable Suzuki DS250 motorcycles, which were used by Netcare 911’s roaming medics throughout the race. Designed to navigate challenging conditions with ease, the DS250 enabled medical response teams to move quickly along the route, providing rapid access to runners whenever assistance was required.

By equipping emergency response teams with motorcycles capable of reaching athletes efficiently, Suzuki continues to play an important role in helping deliver a safer race experience.
